The past can tell us alot about how others once lived, but can we learn from them on how we should be living our lives now !,are there lessons to be learned from digging up the past, which will now help us understand our lives better and the future.
As Archaeologist when I uncover a structure or discover a find, be it pottery, Bones!, etc it always gets me thinking about who built this, why here, what were their names , what sort of family did they come from.
Many questions to answer, and I know that most cannot be answed, or can they !, the more we research the past the more we do learn, and we do not always relize this fact, as it is a subconscious thing.
